At Riad No. 37, we focus on fresh homemade food, made from local ingredients, and with an emphasis on seasonality. Everything’s made from scratch – from the sourdough bread to more elaborate meals – and served family style.
Our in-house kitchen team was trained by Danish chef Claus Meyer’s culinary center “Um Mami”. Following the example of the renowned New Nordic Cuisine, his New Moroccan Cuisine views traditional techniques and local ingredients through a contemporary lens.
The initiative is a collaboration between the Melting Pot Foundation, the Danish-Arab Partnership Programme (DAAP), and Oxfam IBIS and offers gastronomy training to improve employment opportunities for the local youth.
Complimentary breakfast
Start off your day on the right note: every morning, we serve a healthy, seasonal breakfast on our rooftop or in the downstairs dining room. Indulge in a healthy selection of homemade dishes; eggs and bread, yogurt and granola, pancakes, juice, local tea and coffee along with seasonal fruits. Breakfast is always included when staying with us.
All day snacking
Some fruit by the pool or nuts with your afternoon drink, we’ll make sure you have something to snack on during the day.
Social dining
Marrakech boasts restaurant options but if you prefer a night in, we’re happy to arrange for dinner in the Riad.
